Salary: $99,100 - 132,100 per year Requirements:

• Experience in large enterprise environments with formal governance is important.
• Salesforce certifications, such as Administrator, Business Analyst, or Advanced Admin, are a plus.
• Marketing certifications in Marketing Cloud or Marketo are a plus.
• Experience with Sales Cloud pipeline and forecasting is preferred.
• Experience with Service Cloud case management and Omni-Channel is preferred.
• Hands-on exposure to Marketing Cloud Journey Builder and Email Studio, or Marketo campaign design and execution, is preferred.
• Knowledge of CRM-marketing integration patterns and customer data synchronization is preferred.
• Familiarity with customer data platforms, segmentation, and personalization strategies is preferred.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, and data quality frameworks is preferred.
• Exposure to AI-driven marketing and CRM capabilities, such as Einstein, predictive analytics, and automation, is preferred.
• Experience in Agile at scale and enterprise delivery models is preferred.
• Experience in regulated or highly governed environments is preferred.

• We lead end-to-end business analysis efforts across Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, and Marketo.
• We partner with business leaders, marketing teams, and IT to shape strategy, priorities, and solution direction.
• We facilitate complex requirements workshops, stakeholder alignment sessions, and solution discussions.
• We translate business goals into detailed functional and technical requirements, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
• We establish and maintain requirements governance, traceability, and documentation standards.
• We drive process analysis and optimization across CRM and marketing workflows, including lead management, case management, campaign execution, and customer journeys.
• We influence solution design by working closely with architects and development teams.
• We perform advanced impact analysis, data analysis, and solution evaluation to support decisions.
• We lead UAT strategy, planning, and execution to confirm solutions meet business objectives.
• We identify opportunities for automation, AI enablement, and improved customer experience across platforms.
• We ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, data governance, security, and compliance requirements.
• We mentor junior analysts and promote best practices across the BA community.
• We support cross-platform integration initiatives across CRM, Marketing Cloud, Marketo, and enterprise data systems.

We offer a competitive Total Rewards package, including base pay, and may provide additional compensation such as annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities.
