Overview

Express Employment Professionals and the Specialized Recruiting Group are seeking a motivated, people-focused professional for a performance-based sales and recruiting role in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. This in-office position combines client development, relationship management, talent recruiting, and talent consulting.

The role focuses on selling and recruiting for skilled-trades positions such as Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Mechanic, Welder, Machinist, CNC Operator, Electronics Technician, Warehouse Lead, Industrial Electrician, Service Technician, Quality Technician, Mechanic, and Machine Repair Technician.

Responsibilities

Client Development and Growth

• Prospect and develop new client partnerships through outbound calls, meetings, and networking.
• Learn about client businesses and hiring needs to provide consultative solutions.
• Build long-term relationships that generate repeat hiring and referrals.
• Track activities and opportunities in a CRM and manage the sales pipeline.

Talent Recruiting and Relationship Management

• Source, interview, and build relationships with professional-level candidates.
• Match candidates to client needs through skills assessments and career coaching.
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Build a strong talent pipeline for recurring client needs.

Placement and Account Management

• Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding with clients and candidates.
• Follow up after placements to ensure satisfaction and long-term success.
• Identify opportunities to add value and expand client partnerships.

Success Measures

• Consistently achieve outbound activity and client engagement goals.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of active clients and candidates.
• Make successful placements and grow repeat business.
• Earn trust as a reliable advisor to clients and candidates.
• Improve results and income through effort, relationships, and consistency.

Qualifications

Required

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A customer- or sales-oriented mindset; experience in retail, inside sales, account management, recruiting, or business development may translate well.
• Comfort with outbound calls, follow-ups, and consultative conversations.
• Organized, goal-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred

• Staffing, recruiting, or HR experience.
• B2B sales or account management experience.
• CRM or applicant-tracking-system experience.
• A bachelor's degree is helpful but not required.

Employment Details
