| 8 | Required | 8+ years of progressive IT project management experience. Demonstrated leadership of hardware deployment or enterprise refresh programs. |
| 8 | Preferred | Expertise in SDLC, PMBOK, Agile delivery coordination, change management, and enterprise IT operations. |
| 8 | Preferred | Proven ability to communicate clearly with executives, technical teams, and end users. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills. Ability to manage multiple vendors and cross functional teams. |
| 8 | Preferred | Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and standard Client's workflow tools. |
| 8 | Preferred | Preferred Qualifications : PMP, CSM, or ITIL certifications. Experience with Texas state agencies. Prior experience supporting statewide IT. Experience organizing logistics for deployments exceeding 800+ devices. |
