Director of Enterprise Sales - Mobile Phlebotomy Location: Remote, excluding California, New York, and Kentucky

Salary: $130,000–$160,000 base salary; approximately $230,000–$310,000+ expected total compensation, based on performance

SUMMARY Our client is a nationwide provider of mobile specimen collection and in-home clinical services, supported by a network of more than 13,000 medical professionals across all 50 states.
The company partners with specialty and diagnostic laboratories, pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, clinical research organizations, telehealth and hospital-at-home providers, insurers, senior care organizations, and other healthcare companies that need clinical services delivered directly to patients.
The Director of Enterprise Sales will drive new national business while bringing greater structure and visibility to the sales organization. This is a hands-on leadership role for an accomplished enterprise seller who will personally prospect, develop, and close strategic accounts while overseeing two experienced sales representatives.
WHAT YOU’LL DO • Build and close new enterprise business across clinical research, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, diagnostic laboratory, oncology, and other healthcare markets
• Develop relationships with executive, commercial, clinical operations, laboratory, procurement, and vendor-management decision-makers
• Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial outreach through contracting and implementation
• Create realistic revenue forecasts based on pipeline activity, deal stage, timing, and probability
• Identify what should close, when it should close, and the actions required to move each opportunity forward
• Strengthen CRM reporting, sales dashboards, activity goals, forecasting, and pipeline visibility
• Establish clear goals and accountability for two experienced, autonomous sales representatives
• Partner with leadership to identify priority markets, evaluate opportunities, and continuously improve the company’s sales process
WHAT YOU BRING • A measurable track record of personally hunting, developing, and closing complex enterprise business
• Experience selling outsourced services or solutions within healthcare, clinical research, diagnostics, laboratory services, pharmaceutical services, biotechnology, oncology, mobile healthcare, or a closely related market
• Experience selling to CROs, pharmaceutical or biotechnology companies, specialty laboratories, clinical operations teams, or other national healthcare organizations
• Strong quota attainment and documented success generating new revenue
• Experience managing long, complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
• Strong CRM, pipeline reporting, forecasting, and revenue-planning skills
• Experience leading or guiding experienced sales professionals while remaining personally responsible for revenue generation
• A career demonstrating progression, measurable impact, and consistent performance
• Comfort working in a growing, entrepreneurial organization where sales processes and structure are still evolving
• Clinical operations experience combined with meaningful commercial, client-development, or revenue-generating responsibility
• Understanding of how pharmaceutical sponsors select CROs, mobile specimen-collection providers, and other outsourced clinical partners
