Join Our Client, a global pioneer empowering the world! We seek leaders with a related Bachelor's and 3+ yrs in construction project engineering, RFI/submittal tracking, and field coordination for mission-critical builds.

salary: $57 - 65 per hour

responsibilities:
- Support Construction Managers with day-to-day execution, coordinating with General Contractors, tracking action items, and monitoring milestones and project dashboards.
- Oversee construction documentation including RFIs, submittals, NCRs, and drawing revisions while tracking change orders, CORs, and scope impact assessments.
- Conduct routine field walks, support quality inspections, manage deficiency punch lists through closure, and monitor contractor site compliance.
- Track commissioning readiness, coordinate system startup activities, compile turnover documentation, and help resolve operational handover issues.
- Reporting & Stakeholder Communication: Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports, maintain risk registers and issue logs, and communicate updates across internal and external stakeholders.
qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- 3+ years of construction project engineering, field engineering, project coordination, or project management experience.
- Experience supporting commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or data center construction projects.
- Understanding of construction documents, specifications, RFI processes, and submittals.
- Proficiency with the company Office Suite, Excel, and project management tools.
